Tabletop Water Fountains Are Peaceful
While looking at tabletop water fountains in
various places, I and others I spoke with,
experienced many sensations such as the following:
“…tabletop water fountain on my desk has changed
my entire day….flowing babbling-brook-water
sounds with beautiful, deep mesmerizing tones of
chimes and bells….I am now looking for a larger
wall fountain for our front office where clients
wait…some of the components of the fountains had a
beautiful slate piece or face that flowed
downwater….and flowing down the shimmering
hanging slate panel onto the river stones into the
pool of water in a glistening copper basin… and I
heard beautiful, soothing water sounds…a fountain
creates an environment of relaxing tranquility
where ever it is placed…. The look of the
shimmering wet slate with the engraved image was
quite beautiful….restful to my eyes,ears, and
state of mind; the fountain was the center of my
focus and all my tension fell away…..I relaxed
completely…instantly the tension in my neck was
gone and I felt my face relax at the sound of
waterfalls over rocks…where did all these
fountains come from and how did we ever live
without them…”
Now tell the truth, don’t those phrases instantly
relax you? Is it any wonder thousands of homes and
private offices now have indoor tabletop water
fountains?
In my search for variety; I found granite
fountains, copper tabletop fountains, Japanese
fountains,bamboo fountains, and I learned about Zen
and Feng Shui tabletop water fountains.You want variety?
In my quest I found teeny tiny little fountains
that took up as much space as a candle and massive
fountains that were their own table!
Stone, slate, granite, river rock,and more-bringing the earth
inside and filling it with running water-yes,What a
delightful idea!
